Checking in after the office is closed?  No problem!  We will leave a campground map on the main office front door with your name on it.  Your site information will be inside.  *USE KIOSK TO COMPLETE CHECK-IN*

Walk-in Reservations- The main office has a user friendly Kiosk with step-by-step instructions on how to make a reservation.  As always, you can also book online through our website.  

RV SITES:

Check-in time: 2pm

Check-out time: 2pm

*Early Check-in is offered, before NOON for $10 early check-in fee. (if available)

CABINS:

Check-in time: 3pm

Check-out time: 11am

We aim to accomodate our guests site requests upon booking reservations.  However, site number is not guaranteed and there is a chance it changes prior to check-in based on guests and campground availability. 

CHECK-IN at the main office for final site number assignments.  

Campgrouond Rules:

1. Quiet time 10pm-7am

2. Guests are responsible for all accidents, damages, behaviors and guest visitors

3. Pets must be kept on a held leash at all times and be picked up after. Noisy pets must be kept inside RV.

4. Be respectful.

5. No smoking in restrooms, showers, laundry or any park owned facilities.

6. Management reserves the right to refuse service or eject guest for any reason with no refund.

7. CSR is not responsible for packages or mail of the guests.

8. Campfires can only be permitted in guest owned approved container. CSR is not responsible for campfire damages.

9. No ATVS, UTVs, dirtbikes, golfcarts or any motor driven recreational vehicles allowed.

10. Internet is limited to 2mb per site unless more is purchased. WIFI signal is not guaranteed.

11. Hydrants must remain wrapped and plugged in anytime the weather is 32 degrees F  or less. CSR is not responsible if hydrant heat tape fails and causes damage to renters camper.

12. No Heat lamps, portable a/c, or plugging in diesels (if over 32 degrees F).

13. If stays end early, all remaining refund will be prorated by monthly, weekly, and nightly rates.

14. CSR has a one strike policy.  Any problems with but not limited to: Neighbors, management, police, or other guests, will result in the reservation being cancelled.

15. Damage to CSR property from the renter is the renter’s responsibility.  (Prices stated in office)

16. 5 mph speed limit enforced. Eviction or fine if not followed.

17. American Express Cards not accepted.

18. You consent to having your camper and anyone in your site to have their picture taken for advertisement purposes.

SITE Rules

1. Only 1 RV is allowed per site.

2. Site numbers are not guaranteed, please check in to verify site location.

3. Park in your designated site only.

4. Site must be well kept and minimal outdoor items.

5. Drive/park on sites and roadways only, no parking in grass. Subject to $25 fee/ $100 rut fee.

6. All balances must be paid in full before occupying site.

7. Please put all trash in the dumpsters.

8. Please wash all sewage spills.

9. Only furniture or appliances intended for outside use are allowed at CSR sites.

10. Hydrants must remain wrapped and plugged in anytime the weather is 32 degrees F  or less. 

11. CSR is not responsible if hydrant heat tape fails and causes damage to renters camper.

12. No Heat lamps, portable a/c, or plugging in diesels (if over 32 degrees F).

13. Nothing is to be hung from trees.

14. CSR is not responsible for accidents or illness because of CSR facilities or equipment.

15. No rugs in the grass.

16. No moving picnic tables to other sites.

1. If monthly tenant is late on paying rent, the charge will be at nightly rate until paid in full.

2. Sites 1, 14, 27-37, 43-69 will not be rented on a monthly basis.

3. CSR has the right to expire any monthly guest within 24 hours notice for any reason.

4. Electricity will be billed at a 90 day average  cost of KWH

10. If stays end early, all remaining refund will be prorated by monthly, weekly, and nightly rates.

11. CSR has a one strike policy. Any problems with but not limited to: Neighbors, management, police, or other guests, will result in the reservation being cancelled. 

12. Damage to CSR property from the renter is the renter’s responsibility.  (Prices TBD by Management)

14. Lost remotes are subject to $50 replacement fee.

15. Excessive stains or damage left by guests are subject to $50 fee. 

16. You consent to having your camper and anyone in your site to have their picture taken for advertisement purposes.

17. CSR is not responsible for accidents or illness because of CSR facilities or equipment.

18. Credit Card must be on file for damages. 

19. If monthly is late on paying rent, the charge will be at nightly rate until paid in full.

20. Please bring your own subscription passwords to log into the tvs.
